ABOUT YOU To join us as a Charge Nurse you'll need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and supervision qualification. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is important, as is an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. We'll also look for extensive nursing experience in a mental health setting, in particular caring for patients with dementia. You'll be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
