ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY CASELOAD NHS NIGHTS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY VEHICLE
The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (18.75 hours per week) to join their Orthopaedic Inpatient Therapy team. This position requires an experienced professional with a solid understanding of Orthopaedic conditions and management. The role involves assessing, treating, and managing a diverse caseload of trauma and elective patients across various clinical settings, including the Orthopaedic Trauma Ward, elective units, and paediatric wards. The successful candidate will support rehabilitation, discharge planning, and patient independence while working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Key responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, developing evidence-based rehabilitation plans, managing caseloads, and prioritizing clinical needs. Strong teamwork, communication, organisational skills, and the ability to travel independently across the county are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be committed to continuous personal development and capable of adjusting plans according to changing circumstances.
