First Community Health and Care is seeking a Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join its team in Redhill, focusing on providing high-quality care to children aged 0-19 in diverse community settings. The role is open to full-time, part-time, or term-time only candidates, and both experienced Band 6 therapists and Band 5 therapists seeking growth opportunities are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include autonomously managing a complex caseload, conducting assessments, providing therapy for various conditions (including Cerebral Palsy and Autism), and collaborating with schools to support children’s engagement in education. The therapist will also engage with families, offer consultations, and participate in an Occupational Therapy Helpline.
