The HR Advisor at IntraHealth Ltd's Head Office in Peterlee will provide professional HR support to both managers and staff, promoting effective employee relations and contributing to the development of HR functions across the organisation. The role includes offering HR advice in compliance with employment law, producing essential HR documentation, and assisting managers with recruitment and HR processes. The HR Advisor will also support the HR Manager on projects, handle employee relations issues, and ensure adherence to Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

Candidates should ideally be CIPD qualified or progressing towards this qualification, and demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills. The role entails a commitment to maintaining up-to-date HR policies, ensuring confidentiality, and complying with health and safety regulations. Successful applicants will work collaboratively with colleagues, keep the HR Manager informed of progress, and be flexible in managing tasks and responsibilities.
