To ensure that patients receive good quality, appropriate documentation/information relating totheir appointment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit 3 highly motivated people to join our Phlebotomy team to provide an effective and efficient service to patients in a 'call centre' environment.

The successful applicant will have significant administration experience within a customer focussed environment with IT skills in Excel and Word.

  • The overriding purpose is to support the provision of the highest quality patient care throughpersonal actions and continuous improvement
  • To provide a 'call centre' environment for patients calling to make outpatient appointments.
  • To maintain a high standard of quality in providing an appointments service; supporting patients and professionals, and the Trust in achieving their goals and in particular outpatientwaiting times.
  • To produce high quality patient information for the Trust to enable maximum use of resources, and to support service level agreements and planning of future services.
