The role of Programme Coordinator in Horley with NHS England involves working within the Workforce Training and Education (WT&E) Primary Care Department for the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex (KSS) region. The main responsibility of the post-holder will be to coordinate and deliver various programs aimed at enhancing the recruitment and retention of a diverse primary care workforce, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. This position includes collaborating with health and care stakeholders across localities as well as engaging with regional and national teams when necessary.

The Programme Coordinator will manage a portfolio of tasks and projects, focusing on supporting Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Locality Training Hubs, and GP practices in workforce development initiatives aligned with local and national priorities. The role requires occasional travel for team meetings and regional events, with the office based in York House, Horley. Candidates selected for interviews will need to present a specified topic and participate in a standard interview process.
