The Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a permanent Business Support Administrator to join its Community Mental Health Team in Barrow in Furness. This role requires individuals with strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider admin team. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with staff, service users, visitors, and carers, and must be proficient with Microsoft Office and possess a good telephone manner.

The primary responsibility of the post holder is to deliver comprehensive administration and information services to support the Community Mental Health Team, ensuring efficient and confidential operations. Additionally, the role involves flexible working across various sites to maintain service continuity and support the administrative functions of the Mental Health Network as directed by the Deputy Admin Lead.
