Bridge House Medical Practice is seeking a full-time Clinical Administrator to join its busy administration team. The role, requiring 37.5 hours per week during core hours (07:45-18:30, Monday to Friday), emphasizes the importance of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals and the practice.
  • Handle patient registrations, process referrals using the electronic referral system (ERS), manage patient health records via EMIS, and perform document processing with Docman 10.
  • Assist with patient communication through managing mailboxes, recalling patients, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall quality and effectiveness of the practice.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency with IT systems, particularly Docman 10, eRS, and EMIS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and tasks as directed by the practice manager.
