The role of Assistant Psychologist at HMP Holme House in Stockton-on-Tees, with Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust, involves working with individuals who have offending histories and supporting prison staff. The successful candidate will be supervised by a qualified Clinical Psychologist and will play a key role in creating a supportive psychosocial environment in a psychologically informed service focused on personality disorders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting assessment, formulation, and group facilitation within the framework of the Provision and Progression PIPE model.
- Collaborating with prisoners and staff to uphold the theoretical principles of the PIPE model.
- Engaging in service development, research, and delivering core components of the program.
- Accessing various training opportunities and clinical supervision.

The PIPE environment is designed to enhance psychological understanding among staff, fostering safe and supportive relationships that aid in the offender's treatment and transition to the community. The application period runs from November 12 to November 19, 2024.
