The Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated individual for the Administration Support role within the Older Adult Day Services team in Derby. This 37.5 hour-per-week position is a fixed-term or secondment opportunity lasting six months, ideally requiring availability Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage Electronic Patient Records, and perform front-of-house reception duties, interacting with patients and professionals. Proficiency in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, and SystmOne, alongside excellent communication skills, is essential.

The role involves updating patient information and supporting various teams as necessary. Applicants currently employed by an NHS organisation must secure approval for secondment before applying, while external candidates will be offered a fixed-term contract. Note that Derbyshire Healthcare cannot sponsor international applicants for this position.
