The role of Resuscitation Officer at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust in Nuneaton is a fixed-term position for 12 months, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum. This position involves the operational management of resuscitation services across the Trust, including the development of resuscitation education programs, ensuring compliance with Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines, and maintaining accredited provider/instructor status in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. The officer will provide clinical expertise and specialized support to healthcare professionals, conduct training and assessments, and collaborate with emergency teams to manage deteriorating patients effectively.

Additionally, the Resuscitation Officer will be responsible for managing the resuscitation skills room, overseeing the resuscitation education budget, and coordinating high-quality training courses.
