The "Support Manager - Medicine" role at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT involves providing comprehensive support for assigned medical specialties within the division. Key responsibilities include managing medical rotas and patient waiting lists, overseeing national and local performance targets, and ensuring efficient administrative support. The manager will assist the senior management team by delivering timely data and information, facilitating performance analysis, and supporting the creation of specialty activity plans to meet national targets.

Additionally, the role requires monitoring patient tracking lists to adhere to waiting times, managing elective activity, and collaborating with finance and information services to analyze data related to emergency access and outpatient waiting lists. The Support Manager will work closely with service managers to optimize capacity, authorize additional clinics, and ensure compliance with Trust Access Policy while maintaining efficient operations within the medical division.
