The London Clinic in Marylebone, London, is seeking an experienced Patient Safety and Compliance Manager to join its Clinical Governance Team. This role offers a competitive salary between £60,848 and £71,495 per annum. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the Patient Safety Team, oversee patient safety incident processes, ensure quality investigations and reporting, and lead the Mortality & Morbidity process in accordance with national guidelines. Additionally, the manager will implement NHS England's Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) to ensure appropriate investigation and grading of incidents.

This position includes responsibilities such as deputizing for the Head of Clinical Governance, offering expert knowledge in incident management and human factors analysis, and driving patient safety improvement initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in patient safety and compliance, alongside strong leadership skills.
