HC-One is seeking a Clinical Services Manager in Oswestry, where the successful candidate will oversee nursing care and activities within a care home, ensuring high standards of care delivery. Key responsibilities include creating and updating individual care plans, maintaining accurate medication records, managing staff rotas for adequate coverage, and mentoring the care team. The role requires a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN, experience in person-led care planning, and a commitment to professional development and adhering to NMC standards.
