The Medway NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Dietitian for the Acute Medicine and Frailty division, offering a salary between £37,338 and £44,962 per annum (pro rata). The role involves autonomous work across acute medical, frailty, and older person's wards, potentially including the emergency department and a frailty same-day emergency care unit. The successful candidate will supervise a team under the Dietetic Team Lead, participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, and develop individualized treatment plans while working closely with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive dietary care.

Candidates will engage with a diverse patient population, utilizing clinical reasoning to assess complex conditions and adapt treatment plans as needed.
