Job description
We are seeking to recruit a Fixed terms team member in our Equipment Service based at our Elland Loan store
The successful post holder will provide an administrator service in a busy office environment, dealing with Service users and family members, other professionals from across a wide range of health and social care professionals and other key stake holders
We are looking for a friendly, well organised and motivated individual.
Summary of the role:
To assist with the day to day operational administration of the Equipment service, therefore flexibility is an important competent of the post.
To ensure service delivery and staff information is managed effectively, accurately and that all databases are kept up to date and available
Use of our asset and client record management system to update records and schedule deliveries for the technical and driving teams,
Answering phone call and email queries from a wide range of service users
Working with the management team to highlight issues
Updating of any relevant databases

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times, only releasing confidential information during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity and where appropriate
- Using the electronic Asset and client record management system
- Assisting with the scheduling of delivery's
- To provide administration support to the Equipment service.
- Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking accurate messages where appropriate for onward transmission or redirecting to other departments.
- To carry out general office duties such as data-entry, photocopying, laminating, scanning and shredding.
- To support the teams to maintain accurate, timely and legible records.
- Attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews with the line manager(s).
- To maintain the filing system, including e-filing, for the departments. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records.
- Deal with incoming/outgoing mail/email for the departments, distributing and re-directing post accordingly and ensuring outgoing mail is dispatched to the central distribution point.
- Be able to input/extract data, using relevant electronic software. To be able to manipulate data and generate basic evaluation reports.
