The Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Nurse for the Early Intervention in Psychosis team based in Chesterfield. This role, suitable for Registered Mental Health Nurses, involves working closely with individuals aged 14-65 experiencing their first episode of psychosis, along with their families, to promote recovery, independence, and social inclusion. The successful candidate will function as a care coordinator, manage care plans, and support the therapeutic goals of the team while also modeling strong leadership and communication skills. A commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in audits, team meetings, and training is essential, along with the ability to travel across a wide area to meet service needs.

Candidates should demonstrate experience in mental health care, particularly in early intervention, although relevant experience is not mandatory as training will be provided.
