As an effective communicator, you will manage all resourcing activities for Medical and Dental staff within the Trust, including planning, attracting, and onboarding new employees.

Duties of the post include:

  • Managing resourcing activities for Medical and Dental staff delivering an end to end recruitment process
  • Developing new starter onboarding initiatives to ensure new employees are welcomed into the trust
  • Provide information to Care Groups and Divisional Managers on a range of medical workforce issues
  • Ensuring that trust policies and standards, as well as national terms and conditions of employment for doctors are adhered to
  • To deal with a range of employee relations queries in accordance with the trust's HR policies and terms and conditions of employment for medical and dental staff
  • To develop a strong grasp of all Medical and Dental contracts and provide advice to divisions on terms and conditions of service
