An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional senior operational leader to join a dynamic and high-profile team within our Medicine Division, as Deputy Divisional Director at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon.

Our Division of Medicine is a large and diverse Division consisting of Front Door Services, General Internal Medicine, Diagnostics, Medical Specialties, Pharmacy and Bereavement Services.

As Deputy Divisional Director you will provide day to day leadership for senior teams across the Division, ensuring we provide and deliver safe, high quality effective services. You will lead on business planning, strategic service developments and service transformational programmes of work, working in collaboration with Divisions and other external stakeholders and agencies.

This is a key senior leadership role and we are looking for a high performing and experienced individual, who is as excited as we are about the future strategic direction of our Medical Services in Swindon, especially with the operationalization of several service transformational projects, including our £45m rebuild of the front door and integrated rehabilitation programme.
