The Paediatric ED Senior Sister/Charge Nurse position (Band 7) at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust offers an exciting opportunity for experienced paediatric nurses to lead a team in the new Children's Emergency Department, which serves approximately 30,000 children annually. Candidates should have a background as an ED band 7 or a band 6 nurse ready to advance, demonstrating strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes responsibilities such as team leadership, supporting the Paediatric matron to deliver high-quality care, and engaging in various professional development opportunities.
