The position involves administering medications, conducting medicines reconciliations, assessing patient self-administration suitability, providing patient counseling, and monitoring physical health.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience as a team player, with a desire to further their clinical skills and knowledge. Responsibilities include ensuring safe and timely medication administration, recording medication details, advising patients, collaborating with medical staff, resolving prescription issues, and supporting the nursing team in maintaining medicine management standards.
