Job description
Saxonbury House Medical Group is looking to recruit an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work as a key member of the clinical team.
Mixed clinics to provide first point of contact for patients presenting with a variety of clinical problems depending on the experience and skills mix of the applicant. There will also be the opportunity to enhance knowledge of Chronic disease management, undertake domiciliary visits and also disease prevention assessments.

37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours available and opportunity for a job share
Salary dependent on experience
Practice opening hours Weekdays 8.00am-6.30 pm but some early morning, evening or Saturday morning work potentially available.
