Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Band 3 Nursing Assistants to join their Community Response Service in Wallsend. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver clinical care to patients in their homes and residential settings. Key responsibilities include performing personal care tasks, conducting diagnostic tests, managing fluid balance, and assisting with virtual technology monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be willing to learn, and have a flexible schedule to accommodate shifts that include weekends and bank holidays. While experience in community or primary care is preferred, training will be provided.
