The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Team Leader for the Forensic Outreach and Liaison Service (FOLS) in Hellingly. This Band 7 position is aimed at a motivated and confident leader who will provide clinical oversight, support the delivery of care to clients with mental health issues linked to offending behaviors, and facilitate effective team functioning. Key responsibilities include managing referrals, monitoring performance, supervising staff, and handling a small caseload of complex cases. The role requires a relevant professional qualification (e.g., RMN, OT, Social Worker) and significant experience in clinical practice and staff management.
