Marie Curie is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their community-based team in Oxfordshire, providing holistic, person-centered end-of-life care to patients in their homes. The role involves delivering high-quality personal care, practicing empathetic communication with patients and their families, and enhancing overall well-being. Candidates should have at least six months of recent experience in a health or social care environment, a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and the ability to develop individualized care plans addressing complex needs.
