As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in a Barchester care home. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on leadership duties in their absence, ensuring care standards are met, motivating the team, and helping residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.

You will be responsible for leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You will set the highest standards and develop and deliver strategies to help you achieve your goals. The role requires experience in managing residents with different health needs, a successful track record of handling safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
