Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking dynamic Band 6 Urgent Care Practitioners for its Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) in Eastbourne. This role invites qualified Nurses, Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services.
