Are you an innovative marketer ready to make an impact? Can you drive campaigns that elevate brand awareness and client engagement?
As the Promotional Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for producing & implementing a B2C promotional plan for BPAS, collaborating closely with the Head of Campaigns and Communications. This role entails organising & managing diverse marketing activities while utilising the full marketing mix.
You will devise effective campaigns, create compelling materials, & manage the marketing budget, ensuring that our promotional efforts resonate with potential service users & align with our Corporate Business Plan objectives.
You'll also oversee & support a small marketing team, fostering their development & ensuring effective collaboration.
This is a hybrid role working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday with 1 day a week at our office in London.
About You
The successful candidate will have either a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification, a Marketing Degree, or equivalent experience. You'll possess a minimum of five years experience in planning & maximising promotional marketing, as well as experience managing a marketing budget. Additionally, a solid understanding of PR & external communications is essential. You'll have a keen analytical mindset, creativity, & a high level of attention to detail with excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with various audiences.
- Develop a programme of marketing activities which raise awareness of BPAS and the services we provide using appropriate media channels.
- Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings. Ensuring marketing campaign spend delivers a return on investment.
- Devise national and regional campaigns and project manage their implementation.
- To maximise the potentialof the BPAS website, developing and managing an e- communications strategy.
- Todevelop and implement an e-communications plan to budget and schedule.
- Negotiate and liaise with specialist technical and design agencies.
- To manage the day-to-day activities of the Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing Assistant

Salary: £51,650 per annum
Contract: 12 months fixed term - covering Maternity Leave
Hours: 36 hours per week | Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-15:30
