The Children's Support Worker - Rotational Post at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust involves providing care and support for children with complex needs in various community settings, including the Swanbourne Gardens respite centre, homes, and schools. The role requires working under the guidance of team leaders and nursing staff while performing specialized care tasks such as medication administration, suctioning, and managing tracheostomy and gastrostomy cares. Applicants should have significant experience in caring for children, particularly those with additional needs, and must be flexible with work hours, as the service operates around the clock.
