The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering NHS Health Checks, smoking cessation support, and assisting in Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) services. Responsibilities include conducting health checks, providing consultations, supporting LARC clinics, managing patient inquiries in a busy call center, and ensuring a patient-centered environment. The position requires travel across the Borough of Greenwich and involves a 40-hour work week, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

In addition to direct patient support, the candidate will contribute to the administrative functions of the service, such as booking appointments, managing referrals, and maintaining accurate patient records.
