This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. Hours: This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, and you will work on rotational shifts Salary: This position is full time , youll receive an annual salary of £24,669 - £28,690 per annum - depending on experience. As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

Ensure continuity of care for all patients, and deliver outstanding care at all times
Work across all areas of care, including inpatients, clinics, primary care, health promotion, bloods etc
Respond to emergency situations as needed
Work holistically with your patients and other healthcare staff, including nurses, nursing associates, pharmacy etc
Deliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedback
Contribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics
