An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position with the Specialist Nursing teams. The role requires to work across Specialist nursing teams including the Home Oxygen Service and Heart Failure service within Hull and East Riding. We are looking for a Health Care Assistant, who is keen to learn new skills and support the Specialist nurses in the delivery of care and assessments to patients within their service.
This role covers both Hull and East Riding and there shall be an expectation to work within both localities. This is an exciting new position whereby working weeks will be set out and you shall work alongside Specialist nurses in the Home oxygen service and Heart Failure team.
Hours of duty are to meet service needs, and majority of the role shall be home visit based supporting patients and ensuring safety and safe effective care is provided. Within the role you shall gain new skills, and become a key member of the team, with extensive support from the Specialist Nurses you shall be working alongside.
