The UK Health Security Agency is seeking a Second Line ICT Engineer to join its team at the Chilton site in Didcot. This role involves providing hands-on technical support for a range of equipment, including end-user devices like laptops and mobile phones, as well as laboratory equipment. The ICT Engineer will ensure that colleagues receive consistent and reliable ICT services by addressing issues within agreed service levels and assisting in configuring PC hardware and software. Additionally, the engineer will support server administration, manage asset tracking for ICT equipment, and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to ensure seamless coverage and service continuity.
