Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join their team at Ruskin, a 15-bed inpatient dementia service for older adults. The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care, including assessment, care planning, and discharge processes.

Candidates will have the opportunity to engage in various care tasks while receiving excellent learning and development support in a dynamic environment focused on achieving the best outcomes for patients. The application period is open from October 29th to November 12th, 2024.

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic Registered Nurses with excellent values to work in our team.

Ruskin is a 15 bed older adult inpatient Dementia service for assessment and treatment.

You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual, and work well within a team, whilst being adaptable to changing situations. You will need to be able to work calmly and efficiently, whilst remaining focused on providing a person centred approach to care and treatment.

As part of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high quality nursing care for the cohort of patients on the ward. You will contribute to the assessment, care planning, review and discharge process and ensure that patients are receiving high quality, evidence based care. You will contribute to the daily activity on the ward and have opportunity to be involved in multiple different care tasks.

You will have excellent learning and development opportunities and will be working with a supportive and dynamic team, who always strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
