The Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Audiology Clinical Lead (Band 8a) based in Windsor. The role involves supporting patients with complex hearing needs, vestibular disorders, and tinnitus through diagnostic assessments and rehabilitation. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, oversee the tinnitus service, and provide line management to other audiologists. Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing quality improvement initiatives and training students. Candidates should possess experience in working with complex adult patients, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in IT systems such as Auditbase and DATIX for data management and service reporting.

Key requirements for this position include registration as a Clinical Scientist, post-qualification experience, and a dedication to enhancing service quality.
