The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Band 6 Level 2 Social Worker for its Stafford adult social care team, specifically within the older persons with physical disability division. This role involves working with adults over 18 who have a variety of physical and mental health needs, emphasizing independence and well-being. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of post-qualification experience and will be responsible for managing a caseload that includes assessment, support planning, mental capacity assessments, and safeguarding enquiries.
