Fern House Surgery in Witham is seeking a full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Prescriber to join their dynamic practice. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience and will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through advanced clinical skills and in-depth knowledge. Fern House Surgery in Witham,are seeking an experienced advanced nurse practitioner/nurse prescriber to join their busy practice on a full-time basis. You will become a part of a forward-thinking practice which has significantly evolved during these times of change to enable us to provide excellent patient care, whilst protecting and supporting our valued team.
- Deliver a high standard of patient care, using advanced autonomous clinical skills, and a broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge base.
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients conditions, initiating direct referrals as appropriate.
- Provide expert advice to patients, carers and colleagues.
- Promote health and well-being through the use of health promotion, health education, screening and therapeutic communication skills.
- As an independent prescriber: prescribe safe, effective and appropriate medication as defined by current legislative framework.
- As a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to support and care for a diverse patient group.
- This strategic role will also provide the opportunity for you to develop innovative concepts, models, methods and practices to help deliver improved primary care to our practice population.
