You will provide a high quality advisory service to our line managers and staff on the full range of people related issues. Working as part of a team of Senior Business Partners, Business Partners and People Advisors, you will be involved in a variety of employee relations matters including advising on attendance management issues, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, organisational change and job evaluation.Working across our People team and Care Groups you will have the opportunity to support OD initiatives and continue our journey to innovate, develop and shape our people in order to achieve our ambition to be the "Best Place to Work".
Focusing on a key area in one of 3 people services hubs: employee relations,attendance or projects, as directed by Senior People Business Partner. This role will also be supporting other areas of people services as requested and handling day-to day ad hoc queries in a range of people services issues.The successful candidate will have substantial 'hands on' experience using initiative when supporting management with effective handling of employee relations issues and applying good employment practice within a unionised environment.The role will have a focus on providing excellent customer service with a right first-time approach that supports the Trust values and aim to provide outstanding care.
Candidates should be CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent qualifications or experience.
Whilst previous NHS experience is not essential it is desirable for candidates to show an understanding of the NHS terms and conditions including NHS job evaluation. If you meet the requirements outlined above, we would be delighted to hear from you.
