The Lead for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Operations role within the NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) involves overseeing the operational delivery of Continuing Healthcare and additional Funded Care services. The position requires a strong focus on developing and maintaining effective policies, performance reports, and audits, while fostering positive relationships within the clinical leadership team to promote a culture of shared responsibility and quality care. The candidate should demonstrate managerial experience, decision-making skills, and the ability to adapt to change, alongside strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities include driving transformational change towards service excellence, supporting staff recruitment and development, and participating in collaborative projects across the health and social care networks.
