The role of Physiotherapy Team Lead at the Bevan Unit in Salford with the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust involves overseeing the Intermediate Care Bedded Unit's therapy team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Occupational Therapy Team Lead and multidisciplinary team (MDT) members, engaging with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide rehabilitation assessments and interventions for patients transitioning from hospital to home.

Candidates should possess significant NHS experience in community or rehabilitation settings and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. The position requires the ability to manage a team while also independently prioritizing a personal caseload. The service operates seven days a week, with weekend responsibilities occurring every four weeks. The Team Lead will contribute to service development, support staff management, and ensure effective patient care and flow within the unit.
