South Doc Services in Birmingham is seeking a "PCN Paramedic" to join their innovative team serving over 425,000 patients across 10 Primary Care Networks. The role entails providing a holistic approach to patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education, specifically for minor illnesses or injuries. The successful candidate will work autonomously under the guidance of GPs and will collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team, focusing on both acute and chronic conditions while managing a caseload of patients and performing clinical triage and home visits as necessary.

Candidates must possess a BSc in Paramedic Science or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, and have five years of post-registration experience. Desirable qualifications include non-medical prescribing and experience in chronic disease management. Proficiency in Urdu or Punjabi is also a plus. The position requires a commitment to patient care and collaboration as part of a dynamic healthcare environment that emphasises innovative practices in response to community health needs.
