South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Northallerton is seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join their team as a General Porter at the Friarage Hospital. This role is essential for the hospital's operations, involving a variety of duties such as patient transfers, moving equipment and mail, handling medical gases, and managing waste. The successful candidate will provide a professional and patient-focused service, working closely with colleagues, patients, and their families, and will need to be available for a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

In addition to the core responsibilities, porters will escort deceased individuals to the mortuary, assist in emergencies, and collaborate with security and other staff as necessary.
