The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an internal applicant for the role of Ward Manager (Adult Day Surgery Unit), which is a Band 7 secondment opportunity for 11 months to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will serve as a Sister/Charge Nurse, responsible for overseeing a diverse caseload of surgical specialties within the Planned Care Group. The role demands an ambitious clinical leader who will enhance professional standards, patient experience, and team support, while fostering a high-performing culture of collaboration and problem-solving.
