Drayton Medical Practice in Norwich is seeking a Referrals and Non-GMS Work Administrator to join their team, working 3.5 days a week, with some flexibility in hours. The role focuses on providing administrative support for managing NHS and private referrals and non-GMS work. Ideal candidates should have experience with operating systems, IT knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities include retrieving and copying medical notes, processing insurance reports, making and receiving phone calls, and ensuring confidentiality while recording information accurately in the practice's computer systems.
