Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a permanent Clinical Office Administrator for the Outpatient Team in Trauma and Orthopaedics, based in Chertsey. The position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Responsibilities include managing patient appointments, handling referrals, and performing general administrative duties. Knowledge of the 18-week patient pathway and familiarity with systems such as Cerner and Luna is advantageous, though training will be provided.

The role requires exceptional customer service skills when interacting with patients and their families, as well as the ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. The administrator will liaise with GPs to ensure referrals are tracked, assist in preparing patient records, and maintain accurate data in the Patient Administration System. Successful candidates must be team players capable of multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
