In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Older Adults Service, where your passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs, including dementia, will shine through.
As part of our Older Adults Community Mental Health Team, you'll provide compassionate mental health care and treatment, following the latest guidelines like the Dementia Living well Strategy and NICE recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work across CMHT(e), HTT and Memory Clinic and you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, working collaboratively with other disciplines from both statutory and voluntary sectors.

This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers the chance to make a real difference, plus you'll be part of a supportive team that's all about creating a caring environment.
The role is based at Nicholson House, Maidenhead and your time in this role will be spent visiting clients in their homes in the local community so you will need a car to get to appointments.
The "must haves" for this role:
1. Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent.
2. Good understanding of the relevant legislation surrounding the Mental Capacity Act / Mental Health Act
3. Ability to drive and have car for use at work
