The Divisional Head of Service Improvement and Efficiency at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a senior operational role responsible for leading service improvement and transformation initiatives within the Planned Care Division across two sites in London. Reporting to the Divisional Director of Operations, the post holder will collaborate with various stakeholders, including General Managers, Clinical Directors, and Divisional Nurses, to identify and deliver improvement projects that enhance efficiency and quality of care, while ensuring that the clinical perspective is prioritized.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the Service Improvement and Efficiency team, managing cross-cutting themes like outpatient and theatre productivity, setting and achieving targets for cost improvement programs, and facilitating discussions to inspire innovative solutions. The role also involves developing measurement systems to track the success of initiatives, presenting data, addressing any barriers to project progress, and effectively communicating accomplishments throughout the Trust, all while prioritizing patient needs.
