NHS North Of England Commissioning Support Unit is seeking a part-time Practice Nurse to join their team at North House Surgery in Crook, which serves approximately 13,500 patients. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care across various general practice nursing duties, including women's health, vaccinations, health promotion, and managing patients at risk of long-term conditions. The Practice Nurse will work collaboratively within the primary care team, assessing patient needs, implementing health programs, providing routine care, and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.

Key responsibilities include administering treatments such as wound management and vaccinations, maintaining accurate clinical records, assisting GPs with minor surgeries, and supporting patients with mental health needs.
