The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Band 4 Nursery Nurse/Public Health Advisor for a part-time role (22.5 hours per week) focused on early childhood development in Stoke-on-Trent. The candidate will work within two specific wards, collecting and analyzing data related to parent-infant relationships and home learning environments as part of a research initiative aimed at enhancing local early years services. The position requires strong observational, communication, and data collection skills, along with experience working with young children and families.

The successful applicant will be involved in developing and implementing a data collection system, analyzing findings to improve children's developmental outcomes, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Collaboration with healthcare teams and stakeholders is crucial, and candidates must demonstrate flexibility, good digital skills, and an understanding of child development and safeguarding practices.
