The Specialist Occupational Therapist role at the North Northumberland Community Treatment Team for working-age adults, positioned in Alnwick and Berwick, invites motivated and experienced candidates to contribute to transforming mental health services. The therapist will assess the occupational needs of clients, working collaboratively to enhance their mental health and overall well-being within the community. This position involves developing customized intervention plans for a caseload of clients with complex mental health needs, coordinating treatment and discharge planning, and engaging with both service users and their families.

Candidates will need to demonstrate autonomy and teamwork skills while delivering evidence-based interventions and ensuring high-quality, individualized care that promotes recovery and independence.
